New York City launches new arts cultural plan

New York is known as the culture capital of the United States with its world class museums and Broadway shows. The city spends more than $180m on cultural programmes and institutions every year. But not everyone has equal access to the arts and the city is trying to change that. Al Jazeera’s Kristen Saloomey reports from New York City.
